Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our growing Ethium production team.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, including robotic systems, electrical components, and controllers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment issues and maintenance activities.
- Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide training and support to other technicians as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Associate’s degree in a technical-related field, military electronics training, or equivalent prior technician experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of equipment technician experience, preferably with preventive maintenance responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with proven troubleshooting ability.
- Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule
We are looking for 1 day shift employee and 1 night shift employee.
