This position is responsible for the development of process parameters for our Operational systems, for Forecasting, Production and Data Integrity. The successful candidate will be a critical leader for the development, deployment, and communication of system enhancements.

Responsibilities
Information Systems and Business Processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategic long-term improvements to information systems and business processes with key goals to improve inventory management and drive cost efficiencies.
- Map key business processes and systems to create clear roadmap as to how each function interrelates.
- Review and analyze current system inputs and outcomes to determine key areas requiring improvement.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of Demantra software and how it links to our ERP system.
Drive Change
- Architect business system improvements and define problem statements for cross functional teams to implement.
- Inventory management and analysis.
- Data analysis and reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Provide overall project management of dashboard development.
- Collaborate with the team to develop methodologies related to data integrity, to ensure that dashboards utilized for business decisions are trusted as a single source of truth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields or equivalent experience
- Business and Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or Engineering
- 5 - 7 years in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics related to manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of planning methods, forecasting models, inventory management, delivery strategies, ABC logic, and logistics.
- Experience working with MRP / ERP Systems, JD Edwards E-One preferred.
- Understanding of MRP / ERP planning concepts
- Experience formulating and documenting requests for IT system enhancements and upgrades.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology and tools a plus
