Key Job Elements

Daily
1. Prioritize and respond to ERP messages to effectively manage the flow of material to enable the organization to meet customer demand
2. Take immediate action to resolve part shortages and escalate shortages that may impact customer delivery
Weekly
1. Be relentless working with Planning and Manufacturing to ensure the achievement of the “Performance to Standard Leadtime” (PTSL) targets of the business
Monthly
1. Ensure that freight targets are met or exceeded each month.
2. Manage incoming material to minimize expedited freight
3. Diligently manage the procurement of material to achieve strategically targeted inventory levels
Quarterly
1. Undertake a detailed review and report out to leadership on current and recommended safety stock levels
2. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on the quarterly review of critical suppliers

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Economics, or Supply Chain
